We want you to love every Serene State purchase. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and stress-free. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

Contact us — Email returns@serenestate.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive your label — We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Pack securely — Re-pack the item carefully in its original packaging where possible.
Drop it off — Take it to your nearest courier drop-off point using the label provided.
Get your refund — Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose from:

Full refund to your original payment method
Store credit — receive 10% extra value on top of your refund amount
Exchange — swap for a different item of equal or greater value

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
