International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Serene State has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you are not home, a card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Uncollected parcels are returned to us after 7 days and we will contact you to rearrange.

We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 business days. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
All fragile items are wrapped in protective materials and clearly marked. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
